Pending ruins: contemporary project and valorization of the Lazzareto of Verona

The object of study and analysis is the immovable and silent ruin.
The Quarantine hospital of Verona, in fact, abandoned to the modeling action of the time, today excites for its state of “isolated ruin” in the landscape context of South Adige Park.
The project considers valorization interventions according to the principle of transformability. The addition is a linear museum that arises on the ancient traces, by outlining a new limit to the fenced area.
